Frequently Asked Questions

 

What is your turn around time frame? 

We make everything by hand, customises  specifically to your order preferences.  Our current turn around time frame is 2 weeks, however during the busy holiday season, we will need 2-3 week. Although we always aim to complete and ship your order sooner than 2 weeks, during the busy season (4 weeks leading up to a major holiday), we will most likely need the allotted 2-4 weeks.

 

What carrier do you use to ship?

For locally, we will send via SF express. For overseas post, we will send via Hong Kong registered post and do not include package insurance.  If you would like to upgrade your shipping to Priority or courier, please email me.  ***Please note that upgraded shipping does not include upgraded processing.  If you would like to include package insurance, there will also be an added fee.  Please email us at [email protected] before your purchase if you would like to include insurance. 

 

Can I track my shipment?

The tracking information will be sent to you via email when your item has been shipped. For normal registered mail to U.S.A,  Canada and the Netherlands, there is no tracking information given by these countries. Please email me if you wish to send via a carrier with tracking information, as the shipping charges are higher. Please know, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 

 

What are the sizing options for your bracelets ?

Our sizing is easy, comfortable, and adjustable to fit all! Below is the sizing chart, and the length that includes an extendable chain for optimum fit.

8-12mo is 4.75" with a .25" extendable chain = 5" total

12-24mo is 5" with a .5" extendable chain = 5.5" total

Toddler is 5.5" with a .5" extendable chain = 6" total

Girls is 6" with a .5" extendable chain = 6.5" total

Please be aware there may be some variations from the photos, for fit, length, and custom reasons. Originality is what makes handmade so wonderfully unique. All of our bracelets can be made for infants, toddlers, girls, teens, and women!

If you are unsure of the right size for your purchase, taking a measurement of the wrist is suggested. Use a soft measurement tape or a piece of string and wrap it around your wristbone and that will be your wrist size, you can add 1cm to 1.5cm depending on how snug you want your bracelet to be. 

For the faux suede bracelets, you will want them to be snug around your wrist and it will stretch a little after extensive wear.

 

Are your bracelets safe for infants & children?

All our children's jewellery are made in a smoke free home, all with lead free products. Although small, and adorable, all  jewellery should be worn under an adult supervision at all times due to possible chocking hazard. Please never let your little princess chew, or suck on the jewellery. 

 

What materials do you use to make your jewellery?  

We use materials from vegan suede for our braided jewellery to plated findings, and also solid Sterling Silver & 14k Gold for all silver and gold jewellery. Our more expensive pieces are made with all sterling silver or 14k gold findings & beads, along with other Semi Precious stones.

 

How to take care of your jewellery

Basic daily care can ensure that your jewellery lasts. Avoid water, applying lotion, makeup and other thick and coloured substances while wearing the jewellery. 

For essential oil jewellery, try to apply or rub the oil only on the lava beads and the vegan suede and avoid the chain and clasps. If wet, or worn extensively, the finishes will tarnish. Any residue can leave smudges on beads, creating the appearance of dirty, worn jewellery. Chemicals and water that remain on metals, such as brass, for extended periods of time can cause it to corrode or tarnish. Store jewelry in a cool, dry location protected from dust and dirt. Jewellery boxes, plastic containers and sealed bags are all fantastic storage for jewellery.

 

Do you offer sizing exchanges or refunds on placed orders?

All of our pieces are custom made to your order preferences.  If you do notice a mistake on an order you have placed, please email us immediately as well can usually make the change if the order is still in the construction process.  We can even make slight sizing adjustments after receiving your item within consideration.

We do not offer refunds on items that have been shipped.  Since each piece is constructed for each order, we aren't able to accept returns or validate refunds.  Once an order has been placed on our website, we are not liable for any refund regarding each circumstance.
